Adam Roland Anyone who would like to play golf on Sunday at Pipestem, reply back to this message or send me or Justin Morgan an email. We wanna get a mini-tournament together for that day if we can get enough people. Someone may already be doing this, but I haven't heard about it if that's the case.

I am organizing a bake/hotdog sale and I will need some baked goods and help running the booth. I want to get volunteers before I start so we can pick a weekend convenient for all. Adam Roland Tabitha, the golf details are still up in the air...we're hopin to get several more before the 21st cut off date so we can get a better idea of what to do. Personally, I like captain's choice, twosees....but we'll see. If anyone has any preferences, just reply w/a message so we can get people's inputs.

Adam Roland If anyone else is interested in playing golf, please let us know asap. I am extending the deadline to July 24th so we can call at least 2 weeks in advance to get tee times together. Send myself, Justin Morgan or Matt Pauley a message or just post a reply in this forum. Thanks!

FYI for those planning to play golf on Sunday 8-10-08. We have slotted out 3 tee times (for 3 groups of 4) beginning at 9:40 AM. Currently, we have 10 people signed up to play. That being said, we have 2 slots still open. The first 2 people to contact myself, Justin, or Matt will have first dibs on the open slots. We will be playing captain's choice (play best ball) with 2 people per team, giving us 5 teams. We'll make it 6 if we get 2 more people, of course. The green fees are $30.00 per person and the cart rental is $11.00 each (taxes not included). We currently are looking for any willing company to donate gift cards, t-shirts, etc. to give out as prizes. If anyone knows of a company willing to donate for the "mini-tournament", please let one of us know. We'll have more details as we get them.

Adam Roland Sweet.....I think we need to get you a trophy wife Mr. Baker. So, we've got enough for 6 teams right now. If anyone else decides to play over the next week, just let one of us know and we'll try to get a tee time with ours.....no guarantees, but we'll try.
